Join Kopi Triji for a unique chance to work directly with our Founder & CEO and gain hands-on experience—without the heavy costs! Our founder, an INSEAD and UI graduate, brings extensive experience across Tech, Retail, and FMCG.
We're looking for a creative, socially-fluent individual to help grow Kopi Triji's presence online and offline. You'll own content creation across our social channels and take the lead on identifying and building relationships with KOLs who genuinely align with our brand. If you have a good eye for aesthetics, understand what makes content travel, and know how to pitch to creators — this one's for you.
- Content creation: Plan, shoot, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and other key channels. Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice.
- KOL engagement: Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with relevant KOLs. Brief, coordinate deliverables, and track performance of collaborations.
- Support event execution, ensuring all Kopi Triji events run smoothly—including occasional weekend work when required.
- Work on segregated projects and conduct business analysis to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
This internship runs for 3 months, and top performer may be offered a full-time position at Kopi Triji with competitive salary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year candidate) from a reputable university; UI, ITB, UGM, Prasmul, or Binus preferred.
- Previous internship experience in relevant industry (e.g. retail, fashion, ecommerce, tech, FMCG, consulting) is a plus
- Excel in social media content ideation, editing and operations
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PPT (you should be prepared for a case study)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bahasa and English
- Able to think out of the box to have understanding on the market
- Strong analytical and communication skills
