Job Description:
- Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, from filming to editing
- Post daily IG Stories, Feed, Reels, and TikTok videos according to the content calendar
- Assist the Social Media Specialist in bringing content ideas to life — concepts, references, props, coordination
- Monitor comments and engage with the community on a daily basis
- Support basic weekly performance reporting
- Stay on top of haircare and wellness trends on TikTok and Instagram
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field
- Active TikTok and Instagram user who genuinely understands how both platforms work
- Has an active personal Tiktok/IG account is a plus point
- Video editing skills using CapCut
- Has an eye for aesthetics, understands what "looks good" for a beauty-fragrance brand
- Comfortable & happy being on camera or behind it, both are part of the role
