Job Description:
- Assist in managing the brand's social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp).
- Schedule and publish daily content according to the content calendar.
- Create basic visual/video content using a smartphone (e.g., short videos, reels, stories).
- Conduct trend and competitor research related to the fragrance and B2B industry.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns and new content ideas.
- Engage with audiences and support community management when needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Familiar with basic operations and features of Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp for business use.
- Capable of editing content using mobile apps (e.g., CapCut, VN, Canva).
- Interested in learning about the fragrance oil industry, particularly B2B segments.
- Active and up-to-date with social media trends, and has strong communication skills.
- Team player with curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
