Qualifications:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, entertainment, lifestyle, and media industry.
- Familiar with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Basic understanding of content creation, social media trends, and audience engagement.
- Able to write creative and engaging captions in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design/editing tools are preferred.
- Up-to-date with current trends, viral content, and digital culture.
- Good communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and creating content for social media platforms.
- Draft captions, hashtags, and content copies aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends and provide content ideas.
- Support content scheduling and publishing activities.
- Assist in community management by monitoring comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Collect and compile social media performance data and insights.
- Support live coverage of events, activations, and company activities when required.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, and Content teams for campaign execution.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand identity and communication objectives.
Preferred Skills:
- Photography and videography skills.
- Basic video editing for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Experience managing personal, campus, organization, or brand social media accounts is a plus.
