bTaskee is a marketplace platform based in Vietnam, which provides on-demand home services, including doing chores, over 14+ services available. It helps customers to instantly connect with local maids. Our platform, which is web and app-based, provides a simple and fast interface for optimal user experience. Customers are able to rate and review their maids (or helpers) to ensure the quality of the service.
Our vision is to provide a marketplace that can firstly provide services to customers without having to negotiate or talk with an agent; our long term vision is to create a marketplace where people can have access to jobs that they otherwise would not have, and can earn high salaries across South East Asia.
Job Description:
- Assist in end-to-end social media management including content ideation and creation, and post scheduling both for daily contents and campaigns.
- Stay updated with TikTok, IG and other social media platform trends to create relevant and up-to-date content (hashtags and trending audio).
- Analyze content performance using data analytics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Build communication with followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Brainstorming campaign ideas.
Requirement:
- Ideal candidates are either in their last semester of studies or recent graduates from any major.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media platforms.
- Display a proactive attitude and a creative mindset in approaching tasks and challenges.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop research, organizational, and time management skills.
- Bring energy and motivation to the role, maintaining a positive work attitude in a dynamic environment.
