We are hiring: Social Media & Content Production Intern
Upartners Wellnesia, a wellness brand helping people live healthier, more balanced lives.
Location: Head office in West Jakarta
Work setup: Hybrid (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and create Instagram and TikTok content around wellness, healthy lifestyle, self-care, and mindful living.
- Support weekly/monthly content planning and content brief development.
- Produce content end-to-end: shooting (photo/video), basic editing, and publishing.
- Create and/or appear as talent in social media content.
- Monitor trends in wellness, health, lifestyle, and social media, including audience behavior and competitors.
- Contribute content and campaign ideas, including educational and storytelling-based content.
- Track content performance and provide basic insights.
Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media/Content Production, or related fields.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, and lifestyle content.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on content production skills: shooting with a phone/camera and editing with tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar.
- Able to conduct basic research and manage data in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus.
- Portfolio of social media content (personal or organizational) is a strong plus.
