Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and manage campaign and social media strategy
- Research, create, and execute actionable plan to grow and maintain followers in social media platforms: IG, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Stay up-to-date with the latest environment and sustainability issues and latest social media trend
- Build a consistent and strong brand presence on all social media channels
- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and communication
- Manage online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement and comments
- Formulate high-quality visual content and copywriting for all campaigns
- Create, review, edit, and update all relevant contents to increase awareness, engagement, and conversion on all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, communication, or Journalism
- Fresh graduate or undergraduate are welcome
- Interested in sustainability and natural products
- Social media and tech savvy
- Creative, able to think outside of the box, and a quick learner
- Self-driven, energetic, and has high initiative
- Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Able to use planning software and basic graphic design platforms such as canva and Adobe lightroom
- Photography, videography or graphic design education OR the equivalent professional experience is a plus
- Based in Jakarta, able to work remotely when required.
