Job Description
Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Create engaging copywriting and captions aligned with the brand’s tone of voice
Conduct research on social media trends and competitor strategies
Assist in content production (photo, video, basic editing)
Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, insights)
Prepare regular social media performance reports
Experience managing restaurant or coffee shop social media accounts is a plus
Qualifications
Fresh graduate (Communication, Marketing, DKV, Management, or related fields)
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Creative with strong analytical thinking
Able to use Canva and CapCut
Portfolio of social media/content work is a plus
