Social Media Intern (Paid)

The Foodhall Indonesia (PT Swalayan Sukses Abadi), part of MAP Group, is currently seeking a Social Media Intern to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Social Media team to support content production (static visuals & short‑form videos).
2. Assist in preparing and organizing content for various social media platforms.
3. Help handle Customer Service inquiries through WhatsApp and Instagram.
4. Stay updated and contribute ideas based on current social media trends.

Requirements

1. Active undergraduate students with no class to attend (majoring in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Multimedia, Design, Business, or related fields); Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
2. Open to students needing internship credits (University Internship Program)
3. Available to work full-time from office
4. Knowledge and understanding of social media content, analytics, and platform insights.
5. Strong interest in social media trends, digital culture, and online engagement.
6. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
