Job Description:

Managed the end-to-end development and execution of social media content across digital channels.
Developed social media content strategies and defined content pillars aligned with brand objectives.
Researched and adapted high-performing content formats/trends relevant to the account's niche.
Wrote scripts for various content formats, including captions, hooks, headlines, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
Produced visual content, including graphic design and video shoots.
Edited videos for social media platforms.
Published and distributed content across social media channels.
Monitored and analyzed content performance to optimize engagement.

Requirements:

Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
Understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Capcut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Basic video editing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Creative and innovative thinking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
