Despite the pandemic, our volumes and customer base has been growing steadily and we are looking to scale up our Brand and Marketing team in order to support this growth. Are you up for the challenge?
What you will do:
- Develop and manage social media strategy and content calendar (including KPIs)
- Assist Social Media Manager creating social media campaigns and contents; from observing trends and references, brainstorming, planning and execution.
- Ensure that company pages on social media platforms are continuously optimized in line with the latest best practices.
- Manage and update social media pages (schedule, post, and responds to questions and comments).
- Work together with the design team to get the creatives done.
- Analyze data on social media insights (e.g. traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates, etc) and generate monthly reports.
What you will need :
- Proven 2+ years of experience working as a Social Media Copywriter, Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Proficient with social media platforms.
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation.
- Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of social media landscape, platforms and technologies.
- Updated, active and has deep understanding of online and social media communication.
- Willingness to learn about finance, more specifically forex.
