👤 Position: Social Media Specialist Coordinator
📍 Location: Onsite – Bimbel Akses Education Centre Head Office, Bintaro Sector 3A

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Define the most important social media KPIs and measure the success of every digital campaign.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day social media content and operations.
- Coordinate with the creative, design, and marketing teams to produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand identity.
- Analyze performance metrics, monitor user engagement, and generate comprehensive reports to optimize future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply (having relevant experience is a strong plus).
- A strong portfolio and a proven track record of achievements in social media management are highly required.
- Excellent knowledge of multiple social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Strong copywriting, editing (photo/video/text), and visual communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong blend of a creative and analytical mindset.
