We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Content Specialist to join our marketing team for the Superalink product. You will collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing to plan, create, and execute high-impact content across social media platforms. This role requires strong content creation skills, an understanding of marketing strategy, and the ability to translate data insights into engaging content that supports growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop weekly and monthly content plans aligned with data insights provided by the Performance Marketing and Data Analysis teams.
- Research trends, audience behavior, and competitor content to support data-driven content strategy decisions.
- Produce content strategies tailored for each social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) based on campaign objectives.
- Create engaging content formats including short videos, product-focused content, educational pieces, promotional assets, and storytelling posts.
- Collaborate with the Design Team to request visual assets (banners, creatives, thumbnails) required for content execution.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy that align with Superalink’s brand voice and campaign goals.
- Publish scheduled content and ensure timely execution according to the marketing calendar.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing to monitor content performance across channels.
- Analyze key metrics (engagement rate, click-through rate, reach, conversions, etc.) and implement improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing on content types, posting times, captions, and creatives to maximize engagement and results.
- Report weekly and monthly insights, including content performance, audience behavior, and recommendations.
- Actively collaborate with the Performance Marketing to align content with Google Ads campaigns and Growth Hacking initiatives.
- Support campaign ideation by contributing creative content concepts for acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and weekly marketing meetings.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong ability to create content independently (writing, short video creation, basic editing).
- Understanding of major social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
- Ability to interpret basic analytics and apply insights to content decisions.
- Experience planning and executing structured content calendars.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with a creative mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with performance marketing, design, and data teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with weekly targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting paid marketing campaigns with organic content.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SEO for social media and keyword-based content.
- Familiarity with growth hacking concepts or performance-driven marketing environments.
- Experience in telecom, mobile connectivity, or tech products is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced and data-driven environments.
