# Social Media Content Specialist
**Location:** Awaken Studio – Senayan, South Jakarta

## About the Role
Awaken Studio is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Content Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content while helping strengthen our brand awareness and connect with our community across social media platforms.
## Responsibilities
* Plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars.
* Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
* Capture and edit photos and videos for Reels, Stories, and short-form content.
* Write compelling captions aligned with the Awaken Studio brand voice.
* Schedule and publish content consistently.
* Monitor engagement by responding to comments and direct messages.
* Analyze content performance and prepare monthly reports.
* Research social media trends and generate creative content ideas.
* Collaborate with coaches, team members, influencers, and partners for campaigns, events, and promotions.
## Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in any relevant field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
* Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and other content creation tools.
* Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with social media trends.
* Strong communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
