Social Media Content Specialist

Job Descriptions:

1. Create and schedule posts following the content calendar.
2. Review and refine the content calendar for the upcoming months, focusing on high-impact content.
3. Manage audience interactions by responding to comments, messages, and resolving issues.
4. Manage and oversee all social media platforms, ensuring consistency and high-quality content.
5. Engage with key followers, fostering community growth and partnerships.
6. Create engaging video content, including scripting, shooting and editing.
7. Analyze weekly social media performance (reach, engagement, growth) and adjust the content calendar as needed.
8. Lead weekly content ideation sessions, proposing creative content based on audience preferences and trends.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. 1 to 3 years of professional experience in social media.
3. Content creation skills, including basic graphic design and video editing.
4. In-depth understanding of platform-specific content styles (video for Tiktok vs posts for Instagram)
5. Solid understanding of social media algorithms and how they affect content performance.
