Social Media Specialist / Content Creator
We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and highly proactive Social Media Specialist / Content Creator to join our growing creative agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into engaging content — from concepting and scripting to shooting, editing, and final execution.
Responsibilities
* Develop creative content ideas and campaign concepts for social media platforms
* Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms
* Write scripts, captions, and content directions aligned with brand identity
* Execute content production including shooting, directing, and editing
* Deliver final content outputs optimized for each platform
* Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and audience behavior
* Collaborate with the creative team for branding and campaign needs
* Manage multiple content projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
Requirements
* Strong understanding of social media trends and content strategies
* Skilled in scriptwriting, content planning, and creative concepting
* Able to execute content production independently
* Proficient in CapCut for video editing
* Good storytelling, pacing, and visual sense
* Confident working in a fast-paced creative environment
* Creative, communicative, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Plus Points
* Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro
* Able to operate camera equipment
* Owns a smartphone with high-quality camera capabilities
* Understanding of lighting, framing, and basic cinematography
* Experience creating viral or high-performing social media content
* Basic motion graphics or animation skills
