Deskripsi pekerjaan Social Media Content Specialist NS KICKS
Founded in 2019, NS KICKS (operating under PT Niaga Sumber Kreasi) is an online-reseller specializing in authentic sneakers and premium streetwear apparel, located in Jakarta. We serve both B2C customers and B2B partners, including retailers, events, and many resellers in Indonesia.
As a Social Media Specialist at NS KICKS, you'll be part of our creative team responsible for planning, developing, and executing content that builds brand awareness, grows our community, and drives business results.
You'll work closely with the Chief Creative Officer and Editor to produce content that is creative, culturally relevant, and impactful across Instagram, TikTok, and Threads.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars based on NS KICKS' content pillars.
- Research trends across sneakers, fashion, lifestyle, and social media.
- Stay up to date with fashion movements, cultural shifts, and consumer behavior to identify content opportunities.
- Develop creative angles, storytelling concepts, and content ideas for every production.
- Prepare Content Execution Plans (EP) for all content.
- Write scripts, copywriting, captions, and CTAs for Instagram, TikTok, and Threads.
- Work closely with the Chief Creative Officer and Editor throughout the production process.
- Make quick creative decisions to determine content direction based on trends, performance, and business priorities.
- Ensure content is published according to schedule.
- Analyze content performance and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, product launches, and overall brand growth.
Requirements
- Have experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, Creative Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and emerging social media trends.
- Passionate about fashion, sneakers, streetwear, sportswear, and lifestyle.
- Able to identify, interpret, and anticipate fashion and cultural trends.
- Excellent copywriting skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong visual taste, storytelling ability, and creative thinking.
- Confident creating content and comfortable being in front of the camera.
- Experienced in creating short-form content for social media (TikTok, Reels, and Threads).
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing trends.
- Confident in making fast, well-informed creative decisions.
- Familiar with Google Workspace, Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Available to work full-time on-site.
