Role Description
As a Social Media Content Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across Lugua's social media platforms. You will develop creative campaigns, increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth through effective digital content strategies.
Job Description
- Manage and maintain social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the brand identity.
- Develop and execute social media content plans and campaigns.
- Coordinate collaborations with influencers and business partners.
- Design marketing materials based on company briefs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in social media management, content creation, or graphic design, preferably in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Canva.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating short-form video content.
