Position: Social Media Content Creator

Requirements :
- Education & Experience:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, or a related field.
- Experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms is preferred.
Content & Social Media Skills:
- Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera and willing to be a talent for social media content.
- Able to create engaging and creative content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Good understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement.
- Able to develop creative content ideas and write engaging captions.
- Understanding of social media advertising / paid ads and basic ad performance is preferred.
- Able to analyze content performance and use insights to improve future content.
Technical Skills :
- Able to handle basic photography, videography, and video editing.
- Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Able to independently produce and edit short-form video content.
Language :
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Soft Skills :
- Creative, proactive, and confident.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently.
- Able to work on multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
