About the role
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and relevant content for our social media platforms. You will work closely with the team to transform technology, education, company activities, and other relevant topics into creative and easy-to-understand content.
📍 Work Location: Yogyakarta, Indonesia
Key responsibilities
- Develop creative and engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Create short-form video content, including Reels and TikTok, from concept development to shooting and basic editing.
- Develop creative ideas, scripts, hooks, captions, and storytelling concepts that are relevant to our target audience.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to create timely and relevant content.
- Translate technology and educational topics into content that is simple, informative, and easy to understand.
- Manage and optimize content performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics.
- Support social media campaigns, promotional activities, and company events through creative content.
- Conduct basic content research and monitor audience engagement to improve future content.
- Ensure all published content is aligned with the company's brand identity and communication style.
About you
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Creative Media, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Creative, proactive, and highly aware of current social media trends.
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, technology, and education.
- Good storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good time management and comfortable working with deadlines.
- Positive attitude, growth mindset, and willingness to continuously learn.
- Short-form video creation and basic video editing skills for Reels and TikTok.
