Role Description
We are seeking a Social Media Content Creator (Internship - Remote) for MentorEdu, a partner program of PT Human Resources GenZ Academy.
This is an unpaid internship program, designed to provide hands-on experience in digital content and social media strategy. As part of our performance-driven culture, participants will be eligible for performance-based incentives and commission incentives based on output and results.
In this role, you will plan and create engaging social media content, manage editorial calendars, and contribute to increasing brand awareness and audience engagement across various platforms. Responsibilities include creating shareable content, monitoring analytics to evaluate performance, staying updated on social media trends, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Content Creation, Social Media Management, and Copywriting
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Analytics, and Audience Engagement
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other content creation and graphic design software
- Ability to develop Social Media Strategies and manage Editorial Calendars effectively
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms, with a creative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in educational or professional development industries is a plus
