Job Descriptions:
- Produce high-quality and creative video content based on briefs/SOW provided by the internal team
- Brainstorm and develop engaging visual concepts, hooks, and transitions for social media videos (Instagram Reels & TikTok).
- Record and edit video assets independently from home/remote location.
- Deliver raw and edited video files on time according to the agreed schedule.
- Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team to ensure content aligns with the brand's voice and campaign goals.
- Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools, and provide reports and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in creating creative video content, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Deep understanding of skincare products, current beauty trends, and viral social media hooks/formats.
- Proficiency in mobile video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, VN, or similar tools).
- Access to proper equipment for content creation (a high-quality smartphone/camera, good lighting, and clear microphone setup).
- Strong time-management skills and reliability in meeting project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for seamless remote coordination and feedback sessions.
