PT Dias Naga Alpha (DNA) is looking for an individual with the following skills and knowledge to assist us. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing officer to manage and elevate our digital presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing content that promotes our services, building community and partnerships engagement, as well as measuring engagement metrics. As a security-focused company, maintaining discretion and handling sensitive information securely are vital. We would like your personal skills and current life experiences to participate in advancing our continual development.
Scope of Work:
- Develop, schedule, and publish strategic content across social media platforms
- Plan and create engaging posts that simplify technical IT concepts for business audiences
- Collaborate with technical/internal teams to create marketing messages that clearly convey our services
- Monitor social media engagement, manage online community interactions and relationships by responding to comments and messages
- Track and analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize content accordingly
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, threats, and insights
- Coordinate with the sales team to attract potential customers and generate new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Creative mindset with experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in tech/IT/SaaS industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, SEO and SEM
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
- Ability to manage content planning, scheduling, and analyzing
- Skilled in time, priority, task management, and handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with IT services (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, managed services) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of design tools and/or video editing with the ability to work both independently and collaborate across teams
- Effective communication skills in English and Indonesian: written and spoken, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills (Applicants are required to submit their resume/CV in English)
