Key Responsibility
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to support international market expansion and distributor acquisition activities.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand activation programs for overseas markets.
- Ensure all international marketing activities are aligned with company branding guidelines and business objectives.
- Develop engaging content for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital communication channels.
- Maintain marketing materials including product catalogs, brochures, presentations, company profiles, and promotional assets.
- Manage content calendars, monitor content performance, and recommend improvements to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the International Business Development team to support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, customer needs, and business opportunities in target markets.
- Monitor competitor activities, product launches, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain marketing databases, content libraries, and marketing asset documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, designers, and event organizers to ensure timely project execution.
- Track marketing activity performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, International Business, Public Relations, or other related fields.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in related functions. Experience in FMCG, Export, International Trade, B2B, or Distributor Management industries is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Canva for creating professional marketing materials and visual content.
- Able to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering to support business growth initiatives.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate professionally with international customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting business development activities, distributor acquisition, international market expansion, exhibitions, or trade shows will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and content creation tools will be an advantage.
