Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Content Creation: Develop original, high-quality graphics, videos, and animations for social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
- Social Media Management: Monitor, update, and optimize social media profiles, ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Strategy & Analytics: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and track the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative materials align with the company’s branding and voice.
- Engagement: Create content that sparks conversation, encourages likes, comments, and shares, and fosters a loyal community.
- Trends & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design and social media trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a must for this role.
- Have Experience as same role in FnB Industry (Coffee)
- Proven experience as a Social Media, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and proficiency in graphic design.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
- Experience in creating social media content (posts, stories, ads, etc.) that is aligned with brand guidelines.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices.
- Strong understanding of current design trends and social media engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
