Deskripsi pekerjaan Social Media & Graphic Design for Fashion Brand PT Aditya Mandiri Sejahtera
Responsibilities:
- Create visual content (photos, videos, graphics) for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative concepts and social media campaign ideas aligned with the brand direction.
- Handle content scheduling, posting, and basic copywriting for daily/weekly posts.
- Monitor engagement and compile simple performance reports.
- Design marketing materials such as banners, posters, lookbooks, and promotional assets.
- Ensure all designs and content are consistent with the fashion brand’s guidelines and identity.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, Brand Associate, and other internal stakeholders for campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media or graphic design, preferably in fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and basic video editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, VN, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Ability to create aesthetic, fashion-forward content and follow brand guidelines.
- Good communication and basic copywriting skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team.
