Job Title: Senior Social Media Specialist
Staff Location: Bali, Working From Home (WFO) - Senin s/d Jumat 08.00 - 17.00 WITA
Status: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and run the monthly content calendar for Instagram and TikTok
- Produce content end-to-end on your own: concept, shoot (photo & video), edit, publish
- Write captions in client’s brand voice — casual, informative, no overhyped health claims
- Manage our community: reply to comments and DMs quickly, monitor mentions, and stay active in conversations with athletes, ambassadors, partner gyms, and the wider fitness, HYROX, running, and wellness scene in Bali and Jakarta
- Support brand and content shoots — prepare the social-first shot list and make sure key content gets captured
- Report monthly on reach, engagement, saves, and follower growth: what worked and why
- Track trends and content formats relevant to our audience
- Coordinate with sales and operations on launches, promos, and campaigns
- Cover events, races, and community activations in the field — occasionally on weekends
Job Requirements:
- 1–3 years managing social media for a brand (not personal accounts), with a portfolio or accounts you can show
- Strong short-form video editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
- Able to shoot clean product and lifestyle content on a phone
- Comfortable using Canva for simple graphics and story assets
- Strong English and Bahasa, spoken and written — we use both daily for captions, briefs, and meetings
- Willing to work on-site from our Bali office
- Organized and able to hold a deadline without repeated reminders
