Social Media & Creative Content Specialist
Ailesh is looking for a full-time Social Media & Creative Content Specialist to own our social media communication and content pipeline from planning to publish to performance tracking.
This role is about being the front line of how we talk to our audience: keeping our content calendar organized, our voice consistent, and our social presence alive, responsive, and growing.
🎯 What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end social media communication content calendar, scheduling, posting, and community engagement (comments, DMs) across our channels.
Write copy for social captions, articles, and newsletters with a clear, credible narrative that fits our brand voice.
Act as the main admin/PIC for our social media accounts, responsible for daily operations, monitoring, and reporting.
Translate ideas and data into simple, engaging content our audience can actually understand.
Track content and engagement performance, and suggest improvements based on what's working.
Explore AI-based tools to make the content and social media workflow more efficient.

Has a strong portfolio or track record managing social media and content, we care more about the work than the years.
Is organized and detail-oriented, comfortable owning a content calendar independently.
Writes clearly and can adapt tone across formats and platforms.
Is genuinely curious to grow in the sustainability and environmental space, no background required, just real interest.
Is responsive and proactive, comfortable being the go-to person for our social media presence.
Adapts quickly across design tools and is curious about AI tools for creative work.
Can own the day-to-day without needing much hand-holding.
