Responsibilities :
• Write high engagement copywriting
• Write persuasive copy/text for marketing tools such newsletter, advertising, and social media that will be used to attract new users
• Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and audience's interests
• Manage and oversee all social media accounts
• Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts to spark conversations and increase engagement
• Develop and oversee giveaways, contests, and various interactive initiatives to actively engage the audience
• Monitor and manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand. messaging and maintaining a strong online presence, and maintain all social media followers growth rate
• Engage with our online customers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, adapting strategies to leverage new opportunities
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive online presence that supports overall company objectives
• Ensure creative concepts deliver against the approved creative brief, as well as brand & product guidelines
