🚀 We’re Hiring: Social Media and Content
📍 Based in Jakarta
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily social media activities across relevant platforms in line with the content strategy.
- Create and develop engaging social media content, including short-form videos, photos, graphics, captions, and other relevant formats.
- Support the development and execution of monthly content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Conduct content research, including social media trends, competitor activities, audience behavior, and relevant topics.
- Contribute creative content ideas that align with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Produce, edit, and publish social media content independently or with support from internal and external resources.
- Monitor daily social media performance, engagement, and audience responses.
- Support community management by responding to comments, messages, and other audience interactions.
- Collaborate with the Manager and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and content initiatives.
- Take an active role in building and improving the social media function from the ground up, including testing new approaches, solving execution challenges, and continuously improving activities based on performance and results.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication Design, Advertising, Multimedia, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in building a social media presence, content initiatives, campaigns, or similar activities from scratch or at an early stage.
- Experience working with premium, luxury, or high-value products/brands is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of creating content that reflects a premium brand image, positioning, and customer perception.
- Demonstrated resilience and persistence when working in challenging environments, particularly when activities are still developing and results are not immediately achieved.
- Able to take initiative and work independently rather than relying solely on detailed instructions or established processes.
- Hands-on experience in creating and editing social media content, particularly short-form videos, photography, and basic graphic content.
- Able to monitor basic social media performance and leverage insights to improve content and engagement.
- Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn and improve in a fast-changing environment.
