Durian Garden is a premium durian café offering fresh durian and a variety of durian-based treats.
We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Specialist who can turn our products, promotions, and store activities into engaging content.
This role mainly focuses on content production with basic day-to-day social media management. You will create content that builds awareness while also encouraging people to visit, order, or learn more about Durian Garden.
What You’ll Be Up To
- Plan social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and Threads by balancing brand awareness, product highlights, promotions, and engagement.
- Create content end-to-end, including developing ideas, writing simple scripts, shooting, editing, writing captions, and preparing content for posting.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities by maintaining the content calendar, publishing consistently, and keeping the brand’s tone and visual style aligned.
- Create content that supports revenue by using relevant CTAs that encourage audiences to visit the store, contact WhatsApp, or click the available product link.
- Monitor basic content performance such as views, reach, watch time, engagement, and clicks, then use the findings to improve upcoming content.
- Prepare content materials for campaigns or ads when needed, while ads setup and optimization remain handled by the agency.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media or content creation, or a strong relevant portfolio.
- Able to plan and produce short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Comfortable using CapCut and Canva for daily content needs.
- Understands current social media trends and knows how to adapt them to a brand.
- Able to read basic social media insights and turn them into practical content improvements.
- Creative, organized, and reliable with deadlines.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience creating content for F&B, lifestyle, or retail brands.
- Basic product photography and copywriting skills.
- Comfortable occasionally appearing in content, although this is not a main requirement.
