Qualification:
- Proven experience minimal 1 year in developing Social Media in the FnB industry
- Creative, proactive, open-minded, and strong in ideation & storytelling
- Confident speaking in front of the camera and capable of being a talent
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, tools, and best practices
- Proven experience in managing Social Media accounts for businesses
- Have a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Able to manage social media ads and digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) is a plus
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, and paid advertising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to track and report on social media and digital marketing performance
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team to meet deadlines
- Availability to join ASAP and placement at PIK
Job Desc:
- Create content plans (weekly/monthly)
- Create, develop, and implement Social Media and Digital Marketing strategies through content and live hosting
- Manage and grow Social Media accounts across multiple platforms
- Become the face and talent of the company for content creation and live sessions
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including social media ads
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to increase engagement and sales leads
- Create weekly/monthly performance reports
- Create relevant and engaging content to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Stay updated with social media tools, digital marketing trends, and industry insights
- Administer accounts to ensure up-to-date and consistent content
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and effective content
