Key Responsibilities
- Determine social media strategy goals and direction in line with company targets.
- Design and optimize content funnels to support awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage and direct the content team to meet targets and deadlines.
- Design content concepts and content pillars that are relevant to the brand and audience.
- Ensure content production and publication operations run according to plan.
- Design visual assets (feed, story, reels, videos, carousels) using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other editing platforms.
- Create and edit short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) with a focus on storytelling and trend adaptation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan posting schedules and ensure consistent branding across channels.
- Monitor content performance and provide basic insights for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management (fresh graduates with portfolios are welcome).
- Skilled in basic design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, VN, etc.).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and up to date with digital and social media trends.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of social media engagement strategies is a plus.
- Actively follow social media trends and digital content developments.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and adaptable to a fast-moving digital environment.
- Willing to be placed in Ketintang, Surabaya
