- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media/content roles (preferably digital agency side).
- Proven experience building and scaling social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.
- Strong understanding of audience behavior, social platform algorithms, content formats, and social commerce.
- Leadership experience in managing teams, timelines, and multi-brand environments.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in social analytics dashboard, social tools, and maximize the AI tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Keyhole, and Fanpage Karma).
- Experience working with performance marketing or influencer marketing.
- Ability to interpret performance data and turn them into creative content directions.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or CRM is a bonus.
Job Scope :
- Develop and execute holistic social media and content strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
- Design content calendars and campaign frameworks that integrate brand voice, performance goals, and cultural relevance.
- Identify and lead content pillars, channel-specific directions, and format recommendations (e.g., Reels, Threads, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Oversee the end-to-end content creation process: from ideation and scripting to production and publishing.
- Work closely with designers and video editor to ensure content quality and alignment with content strategy.
- Lead UGC, influencer, and creator collaboration initiatives where applicable.
- Lead a team of social media and content.
- Collaborate with performance, SEO, paid media, and strategic teams for integrated digital campaigns.
- Monitor content and social media performance using platforms like Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, and Fanpage Karma.
- Deliver monthly and campaign-based reports with insights, learnings, and optimization plans.
- Implement A/B testing and audience experimentation to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients on social content-related matters.
- Present strategies, campaign ideas, reports, and creative outputs with clarity and strategic narrative.
- Stay on top of trends in digital culture, platform updates, and content formats.
- Bring fresh, trend-relevant ideas to the table to help clients stay culturally and digitally relevant.
