Responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing content across social media platforms. This role focuses on producing engaging, trend-relevant, and performance-driven content that strengthens brand presence and drives audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop monthly content calendars and weekly execution plans aligned with marketing objectives and campaign timelines
- Collaborate closely with Brand and Marketing teams to translate campaign messaging into social media content strategies
- Manage and maintain the brand's social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels
- Produce and execute social media content in collaboration with the Creative Designer and/or Videographer, including content ideation, scripting, publishing, and production support
- Develop engaging, trend-relevant, and platform-optimized content formats aligned with audience behavior and social media best practices
- Create content briefs and references for designers, videographers, talents, KOLs, or external vendors when needed
- Ensure all published content aligns with the brand's tone of voice, communication style, and campaign objectives
- Manage content scheduling and publishing timelines to maintain consistency across all social media platforms
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, emerging content opportunities, trending audio, and cultural moments relevant to the brand
- Monitor, analyze, and report content performance metrics including engagement, CTR, shares, saves, reach, and overall platform growth
- Provide weekly and monthly social media performance reports along with actionable insights and recommendations
- Align content execution with ongoing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and other brand initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and emerging digital trends
- Experienced in content planning, content execution, and social media management
- Strong creative thinking and understanding of social media storytelling, audience behavior, and content trends
- Able to create engaging captions, content ideas, and campaign-related content strategies
- Familiar with social media analytics and performance metrics such as engagement, CTR, reach, saves, and audience growth
- Basic understanding of content production processes including photoshoots and video shoots
- Familiar with social media and content tools such as CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok analytics tools
