Deskripsi pekerjaan Social Media & Content Creator PT Dharmawan Technologies
Dharmawan Group is looking for a creative Social Media & Content Creator who has a naturally high aesthetic sense and a genuine appreciation for good design. You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across three Instagram accounts, producing high-quality content, and ensuring consistent, on-brand communication for our architectural lighting, interior lighting, and smart home system products.
This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can independently plan, create, publish content and meeting deadlines. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with the sales team, interior designers, and external videographers/photographers.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels) and carousel posts for 3 Instagram accounts
- Produce content independently from brief to final publish — including copywriting, scripting, filming, editing, and captioning
- Ensure all content is on-brand, visually consistent, and aligned with the brand guidelines provided by the Marketing Manager and the Principal
- Adapt raw footage from professional camera shoots into polished social media content
- Create design assets for carousel posts using Canva or Adobe tools
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day posting schedule across 3 Instagram accounts: lighting design, experience center, and supply brand
- Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement —replying or escalating to the Marketing team when necessary
- Maintain a content calendar and deliver content on agreed deadlines consistently
- Track and report basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) on a bi-weekly basis
Production Support
- Assist during content shoots — managing shot lists, coordinating with talent, and supporting the Marketing Manager with the SMEs on set
- Brief and coordinate with freelance videographers or photographers when needed
- Manage raw footage files and ensure proper organization and storage
Collaboration & Communication
- Proactively communicate content progress and flag potential delays before deadlines
- Attend regular alignment meetings with the Marketing Manager
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand product updates and client insights relevant to content
Requirements:
Must Have
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related role
- Strong video editing skills — proficient in CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
- Ability to design carousel posts — proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar tools
- Experience managing Instagram accounts (Feed, Reels, Stories)
- Copywriting skills — able to draft captions and short-form copy with minimal revisions
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines without constant reminders
- Strong attention to detail — in both visual output and written captions
- Good communication skills — able to receive briefs clearly and ask the right questions
- Ability to produce content in both English and Indonesian
- Portfolio of previous content work (Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms)
Nice to Have
- Basic photography skills — able to capture content without always relying on a professional photographer
- Copywriting skills — able to draft captions and short-form copy with minimal revisions
- Familiarity with Meta Ads or content boosting
- Interest or background in architecture, interior design, or lifestyle brands
