Core Responsibilities
- Business Development & Partnerships: Identify, approach, and secure strategic locations or business partners for physical product installations and brand visibility initiatives.
- KOL & Influencer Management: Build and nurture a network of KOLs, influencers, and brand partners to drive high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Lead the end-to-end process (planning, execution, and monitoring) of content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee.
- Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and deliver comprehensive post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer sentiment to inform and sharpen future marketing strategies.
- Creative Innovation: Propose and implement creative promotional ideas by staying ahead of the latest digital and offline marketing trends.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in marketing, partnerships, or social media management (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage external collaborations.
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Creator Tools.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and data tracking (a significant plus).
- Mindset: A creative, detail-oriented self-starter who can take initiative and execute projects independently.
