Martha Tilaar Group is looking for a creative and passionate individual to join our business unit, PT Kreasi Multicahaya Estetik (Raine Beauty).
📍 Location: Prapanca, South Jakarta
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Threads.
- Develop engaging copywriting and strategic content plans aligned with brand objectives.
- Build audience engagement and manage online communities across social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and develop creative, relevant, and engaging content ideas.
- Coordinate with internal teams, KOLs, and external partners to support social media campaigns and activities.
Qualifications:
- Female, maximum 26 years old.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or Community Management.
- Experienced in managing brand social media accounts, developing content plans, increasing audience engagement, and managing online communities.
- Strong copywriting, content planning, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and digital content strategies.
- Experience in the beauty or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Available to join immediately.
