Job Description
- Manage and support content production for the company’s **internal social media channels**.
- Find, curate, and develop potential materials for **clipping content**.
- Manage content for **fanbase / clipping accounts** across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest **social media trends, memes, music, artists, and content formats**.
- Develop content ideas based on current trends, moments, and audience interests.
- Handle basic video editing for short-form content.
- Create simple visual assets for social media needs.
- Support content scheduling, uploading, captioning, and performance monitoring.
- Work with the team to develop content direction and content pillars for each account.
Requirements
- Active user with a good understanding of **TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content**.
- Up-to-date with the latest **social media and music trends**.
- Strong sense of what content or moments have the potential to perform well on social media.
- Basic video editing skills using **CapCut**.
- Basic design skills using **Canva**.
- Basic understanding of storytelling, hooks, captions, and pacing for short-form videos.
- Creative, adaptable, and comfortable exploring content independently.
- Detail-oriented when sourcing and curating content materials.
Plus Points
- Experience managing TikTok, fanbase, media, or clipping accounts.
- Familiar with **music, pop culture, entertainment, and creator ecosystems**.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics such as views, engagement, retention, and content performance.
