Job Qualifications
- Has 3–5+ years of experience managing social media and marketing campaigns, preferably within the fitness, sports, lifestyle, or hospitality industries.
- Uses AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI, or Opus Clip to speed up scripting, video clipping, and content creation
- Communicates naturally and comfortably with club members, coaches, and local sports influencers to build a strong community.
- Analyzes platform data and social metrics to ensure creative campaigns actually bring people to the club and increase overall engagement.
Job Description
- Defines and elevates the club’s digital identity across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to position it as a premier sports and lifestyle hub.
- Concepts and executes creative campaigns for club tournaments, membership drives, facility launches, and social events.
- Automates repetitive tasks like writing captions, brainstorming content pillars, and generating short-form clips using AI workflows.
- Stays on-site regularly to shoot high-quality, raw, and engaging short-form videos that showcase the daily life and unique vibe of the club.
- Monitors sports and internet trends to quickly create relatable challenges, and trending audio content.
- Uses AI analytics tools to track engagement, understand what content performs best, and adjust the strategy weekly.
- Manages incoming comments and DMs with a welcoming, high-energy tone to turn online followers into active club members.
- Partners closely with club managers, coaches, and event coordinators to highlight all on-site happenings seamlessly.
