Deskripsi pekerjaan SOCIAL MEDIA & BRAND GROWTH SPECIALIST Nabila Beauty Bar
We are looking for a creative, strategic, proactive, and results-oriented Social Media & Brand Growth Specialist to join Nabila Fenelia's personal brand and creative team. This is not simply a social media admin position. You will be responsible for helping build and grow Nabila Fenelia's personal brand across social media, developing content strategies, analyzing performance, and supporting brand acquisition and monetization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop weekly and monthly social media strategies
- Create and manage Instagram and TikTok content calendars
- Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior
- Develop creative content ideas, hooks, and storytelling concepts
- Monitor analytics and identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare weekly performance reports and recommendations
- Research and identify potential brands, companies, agencies, hotels, beauty brands, fashion brands, tourism companies, and events for partnerships
- Build and maintain a structured brand prospect database
- Conduct professional outreach through email and social media to potential brand partners
- Work closely with the Videographer & Video Editor to translate content strategy into clear production briefs
About you
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, influencer marketing, content strategy, brand partnerships, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
- Understands short-form video content and current social media trends
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Creative, analytical, proactive, and organized
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Experience with influencer or brand acquisition is a strong advantage
- Familiar with Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok tools, Google Sheets, or similar platforms
- Able to communicate professionally in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
