Social Media Specialist
Jungle Padel Sanur – Bali
Join our team and help grow one of Bali's fastest-growing padel clubs through creative marketing, engaging content, and exciting events.
- Creating daily content for social media and digital platforms.
- Scheduling posts and managing interactions with the online community.
- Running digital ad campaigns, email marketing, and retargeting activities based on request / need
- Preparing weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Coordinating regarding design, photo, and video with upper management.
- Providing input to improve content strategy and audience reach.
- Execute digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Support tournaments, events, promotions, and club activations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand communication.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Executive role (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and digital marketing trends.
- Familiar with Meta Ads and basic campaign optimization.
- Good copywriting skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Able to read analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Creative, proactive, organized
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working during events, weekends, or tournaments when required.
- Interest in sports, lifestyle, or hospitality industry is an advantage
