Job Description
- Responsible for managing and scheduling daily content for the brand's TikTok and Instagram platforms based on content needs.
- Handle various types of social media content, including brand content, UGC, and PGC .
- Ensure all content is published consistently, accurately, and aligned with the brand’s direction and tone.
- Coordinate regularly with cross-functional teams to confirm content readiness and alignment.
- Maintain engagement with the audience by actively responding to interactions on social media in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Keep records of published content and track performance to ensure consistency and visibility.
- Provide regular updates on content activities and audience interactions to support team collaboration.
- Willing to appear as on-screen talent and represent brand, delivering engaging and brand-aligned content based on provided scripts and creative direction. (Optional)
Qualification:
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in any major.
- Experienced in social media administration, especially for beauty brands or brands with a strong presence on TikTok.
- Familiar with different types of social media content, including UGC, PGC, and SMD.
- Able to manage content across social media platforms and familiar with publishing best practices to ensure effective reach and engagement.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented in managing content schedules, tracking performance, and maintaining brand consistency.
- Up to date with current social media trends, formats, and viral content styles to ensure audience engagement and relevance.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced content environment.
- Being confident on camera and having a natural, engaging presence for short-form video content is a plus.
