Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, stock availability, sizing, promotions, and order processes.
- Coordinate closely with the Warehouse team regarding stock availability, order status, shipping updates, returns, and other operational matters.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure all inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and follow up until the issue is fully resolved.
- Manage social media inboxes and ensure all messages are responded to within the company's response time standards.
- Assist in publishing scheduled social media content when required.
- Prepare simple reports on customer inquiries, feedback, and common issues for internal evaluation.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School/Vocational School graduate (Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service, Social Media Admin, Online Admin, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and other social media platforms.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially the Warehouse team.
- Fast typing skills and proficiency in using computers are an advantage.
- Experience in the footwear, fashion, or retail industry is highly preferred.
