Job Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Operations and Management
- Responsible for the daily operation and content planning of the brand on mainstream social media platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Develop monthly/quarterly content strategies to improve brand exposure, engagement, and fan growth.
- Track platform trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance and campaign effectiveness.
2. Content Creation and Multimedia Production
- Lead the creative planning and execution of short videos, images, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with internal/external creative teams (design, photography, KOLs, etc.) to produce content that aligns with the brand's tone.
- Independently or by guiding the team to complete basic video editing, scriptwriting, and content optimization.
3. Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution
- Plan and implement integrated online and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand influence and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with sales and channel teams to design promotional activities and sales activation plans (such as in-store events, displays, roadshows, etc.).
- Responsible for campaign execution management, including budget control, resource coordination, and performance review.
4. Resource Integration and Cooperation Management
- Establish and maintain a resource pool of KOLs, MCN agencies, media, and suppliers.
- Manage external partners (advertising agencies, production companies, etc.) to ensure project quality and schedule.
- Optimize resource utilization efficiency and improve return on investment (ROI).
5. Market Insights and Data Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and changes in consumer behavior.
- Analyze social media data, campaign performance, and sales data, and provide optimization suggestions.
- Regularly produce marketing analysis reports to support business decisions.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or branding.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred, or a background working in advertising agencies or social media platforms (such as TikTok, Meta, etc.).
• Familiar with the operational logic and content ecosystem of mainstream social media platforms.
• Strong content creation ability and aesthetic sense; sensitive to short videos and content trends.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to drive project implementation across departments.
• Data analysis skills and results-oriented thinking.
• English proficiency.
