Job Description
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting content and scheduling.
- Respond to DMs, comments, and audience interactions in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Moderate comments and social media conversations to maintain a positive and on-brand community.
- Manage and maintain brand’s accounts, including posting and engaging with relevant conversations.
- Monitor basic social media activity and flag relevant issues or audience feedback to the team.
- Identify, approach, and coordinate with 3–4 KOLs/creators per month, including handling basic negotiations and collaboration needs.
Criteria
- Based in Yogyakarta.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Familiar with various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Responsive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong written communication skills.
- Experience managing or engaging with online communities.
- Able to communicate and negotiate effectively with KOLs/creators.
- Understands basic social media etiquette, moderation, and community engagement.
- Able to follow brand guidelines and tone of voice consistently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple social media activities.
