Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC), SIEM, cybersecurity solutions, and managed security services
• Able to build, lead, and develop a presales team
• Excellent technical presentation and communication skills
• Experienced in supporting sales activities, client meetings, and technical discussions
• Strong analytical, proposal writing, and technical documentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented
Job Responsibilities
- Build and develop the Presales SOC team and capabilities
- Provide technical consultation and solution presentations to prospective clients
- Support the sales team during customer visits, meetings, and solution discussions
- Develop SOC and cybersecurity solutions based on customer requirements
- Prepare technical proposals, scope of work, solution designs, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with customer needs
- Act as the technical point of contact during the pre-sales process
