Deskripsi pekerjaan Skilled Worker TPM GROUP (PT TRIMITRA PUTRA MANDIRI)
Job Description:
- In-house PM for AAI electrical assets not covered under vendor (LV Cables, Lighting, Genset, CHW Pump, Expansion Tank, MV Fans).
- Hands-on inspection, functional checks, cleaning/housekeeping, tightening/torque, minor parts replacement.
- Assist Energy Marshall/Engineer on isolations & LOTO; follow PTW/RA/MOP and switching instructions.
- Use/maintain basic instruments (voltage indicator, multimeter, insulation tester, IR thermometer).
- Document work: checklists, findings, actions, parts, photo evidence; submit same-day report.
- Support after-hours windows/callouts; keep work areas safe and compliant.
Requirements:
- SMK/Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical) with 1–3 years facilities/industrial construction project
- Able to read drawing SLD/panel schedules; basic understanding of electrical system.
- Safe use of electrical instruments and live–dead–live verification; neat terminations/tightening.
- Knowledge of PTW/LOTO and electrical safe-work practices; strong safety mindset.
- Clear communication and disciplined documentation (Indonesian, basic English)
- Fit for field work: lift ≤20 kg; work at height with PPE (platform ladder/MEWP).
