Requirements

• Proficient in using Clip Studio Paint.
• Able to draw in anime or manhwa art styles.
• Strong understanding of drawing fundamentals, including anatomy, composition, perspective, and visual storytelling.
• Capable of illustrating a wide range of characters, such as different age groups, body types, creatures, and monsters.
• Creative in character design while maintaining design consistency throughout the project.
• Strong attention to detail with high quality standards.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow established directions and SOPs.
• Having a webtoon sketch or storyboard portfolio is a plus.

Job Descriptions

• Translate storyboards into clean, clear, and visually engaging sketches.
• Draw characters along with supporting props and visual elements based on production needs.
• Contribute to character and property design during the pre-production stage.
• Prepare and organize specific art assets when required for production.
• Ensure sketch quality, clarity, and consistency align with the project’s visual style.
• Collaborate effectively with the production team while following established SOPs and workflows.
