🏢 Position: Site Supervisor (FTTH & Backbone)
💼 Employment Type: Contract / Full-time Outsourcing
📍 Placement: Jakarta / Field Deployment (Telecommunication Project)
🔍 Key Requirements:
🔸 Valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certificate registered and verifiable through TemanK3. (Mandatory)
🔸 Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or a related field.
🔸 Good English communication skills. Must be able to communicate and coordinate effectively with foreign supervisors, customers, and project stakeholders.
🔸 Proven hands-on experience supervising FTTH (Fiber to the Home) and/or Backbone Network deployment projects.
🔸 Hands-on experience in HSE implementation, including Risk Assessment (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control).
🔸 Strong understanding of HSE regulations, site safety compliance, permit-to-work systems, and safety documentation.
🔸 Strong communication and coordination skills with customers, subcontractors, field teams, and internal project stakeholders.
🔸 Willing to travel and support project implementation in various locations across Indonesia.
🔸 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project coordination capabilities.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Supervise daily FTTH and Backbone network deployment activities on site.
🔹 Coordinate and manage subcontractors, field teams, and project resources to ensure smooth project execution.
🔹 Ensure project activities are completed according to quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
🔹 Communicate and coordinate with customers, consultants, foreign supervisors, and internal project teams.
🔹 Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to the Project Manager.
🔹 Conduct site surveys, project planning, and work progress verification.
🔹 Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company safety standards, and project-specific safety requirements.
🔹 Prepare, review, and monitor HSE documentation, including HIRADC, JSA, Risk Assessment, work permits, and safety records.
🔹 Manage project documentation, including daily reports, work permits, inspection records, and handover documents.
🔹 Support project implementation in various locations and be available for business trips when required.
🔹 Resolve site issues and coordinate corrective actions to minimize project delays.
